I'm Ivy — a professional designer and a mom to two sports-crazy boys. Soccer, football, basketball — if there's a game on, we're watching it. And every single game day in our house is a family bonding day.

Here's what I believe: a family is a squad. Not just a group of people on the same couch — a squad. Everyone has a role. Everyone has a name. Everyone has a number. And when your squad shows up for game day, everyone should feel like they belong — including the dog.

But the gear never matched that feeling. Official jerseys carry a superstar's name — not your kid's. Fan merchandise looks the same for everyone. And nobody makes anything for the whole family to wear together, feel together, and remember together. As a designer, I couldn't let that stand.

I created joithing to gear up the whole squad — every member, every game day, every season. Starting with the 2026 World Cup on American soil, I designed the American Wave collection: a kids' jersey inspired by the dynamic wave style of the latest USA soccer season, finished with an original National Little Hero emblem — the American flag framed in hand-drawn rope knots — and personalized with your child's own name and number. Not a superstar's name. Not a federation badge. Their name. Their number. Their identity.

But a squad is never just one person. So joithing gears up everyone. The little champion in their custom jersey. The yard claiming its territory with a 3×5ft flag. The dog — the furriest and most loyal fan on the squad — in a matching bandana. One wave pattern. One family. One Game Day no one will forget.

Game day comes in many forms. World Cup. Super Bowl. Championship Sunday. Playoff season.
